Guidelines for Poster Abstract Submission

We are pleased to invite you to submit your abstracts for poster presentation at our upcoming conference. Please carefully follow the guidelines below to ensure your abstract is considered for review:

Submission Guidelines

1. Abstract Content

The abstract must be original and not previously published or presented at another conference.
All abstracts must be submitted online.
Submitters will be able to access complete submission instructions and guidelines online
Abstracts should be related to the conference themes and topics.

2. Abstract Structure

- Title: A concise title that clearly reflects the content of the abstract.
- Authors: Full names, affiliations, and email addresses of all authors.
- Body: Should include the following sections:
  - Introduction: Brief background and objectives of the study.
  - Methods: Description of the study design, procedures, and analysis.
  - Results: Summary of the findings.
  - Conclusion: Key takeaways and implications of the study.

3. Formatting Requirements

- Language: English
- Word Count: Maximum of 500 words for the abstract (excluding title and authors)
- Font: Times New Roman, 12-point
- Spacing: Single-spaced
- Margins: 1-inch margins on all sides
- Figures and Tables: Allowed combinations:
  - 1 graph and 1 table
  - 2 graphs
  - 2 images

4. Poster Presentation

- Posters should be prepared in a format that fits within the allocated space (dimensions will be provided upon acceptance).
- The presenting author must be registered for the conference.
- Posters should be visually appealing and easy to read from a distance.
- Presenters are responsible for setting up and removing their posters according to the conference schedule.

5. Submission Process

- Abstracts must be submitted through the conference website's abstract submission portal.
- Each abstract submission should be accompanied by a brief biography of the presenting author (maximum of 100 words).

6. Review and Notification

- All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the conference scientific committee.

- Detailed instructions for poster preparation and presentation will be provided upon acceptance.
